About the Speaker
Carol Tarr is the value-creation architect behind the Dutch “Fempower Your Growth Program”, a program that addresses unconscious bias in the lending markets and its effect on the female entrepreneur funding gap. She is a certified university lecturer in Sociology, Organizational Management/Behavior, Innovation Management, Corporate Intrapreneurship, and Research Methodologies. Moreover, she has EU academic accreditation experience and extensive knowledge of EU entrepreneurial and innovation education framework. Carol Tarr is a Researcher in Sociology of Finance with a focus on the long-term symbolic and economic capital outcomes for female entrepreneurs seeking investment via pitch competitions.
