What we're about

Our mission is to empower women with effective, relevant training in the dynamics of violence against women, risk mitigation, and physical self-defense.

Our curriculum encompasses opportunity awareness, opportunity mitigation, and physical self-defense techniques to escape or prevail in the most common physical attacks on women.

The classes are a lot of fun, and they are a great mother-daughter activity!

Our seminar is appropriate for all women and girls age 10 and up.

Due to mature content, our intensive workshop is appropriate for all women and girls age 14 and up.
