Have you always wanted to meditate but can't seem to sit still and stay focused?

Well this is a class specifically designed for people who want to meditate but can't sit still to do it.

We will be doing several deep breathing and cold exposure exercises that places the body into a deep meditative state.. all without having to do traditional meditation.

Please bring athletic clothing, a yoga mat and a bathing suit + towel.
