Are you an ADR professional with a 40-hour certificate in mediation or any other professional ADR certification?

Yes, I have a 40-hour certificate in mediation and am trained in the facilitative model. I am considering training in the inclusive model as well. I am also a community conference facilitator.

Briefly describe your background in ADR.

My background in ADR includes volunteering with the Maryland District Court Day of Trial program, volunteering as a community conference facilitator and restorative justice training.

Why did you make the decision to join the ADR Roundtable?

I am looking to transition into mediation as a private practice and would like to learn from people who have been successful doing the same. In order to do that I think it's important to connect with people from various areas of ADR.

What do you hope to get out of this group?

I am hoping to create a networking forum where we can all share our accomplishments, goals, research, job openings, partnership opportunities, caseload overflow etc. The goal is to build not just partnerships but friendships in ADR.

Is there anything else you would like the ADR Roundtable community to know?

I look forward to the organic growth of the ADR Roundtable community and hope the members find the support they need to develop.

Hello! I am a mediator trained in the facilitative model and conference facilitator. I'm interested in meeting other ADR professionals and identifying opportunities to collaborate.
