    Join us for a walk around Culver City!!!! We will walk quickly, so be prepared for a workout. There will be a warmup at the meeting place. Great way to burn some calories before Fourth of July. Information about Culver City Park: Culver City Park is a 41.55-acre community park with multiple levels of access. Before You Come: ● Check with your physician ● Have a small meal or snack 1 - 1.5 hours in advance ● Hydrate ● Take scheduled medication as directed ● Wrap joints as needed What to Wear/Bring: ● Water ● Eyewear/sunglasses ● Sun protection: hat, sunscreen, etc. ● Fitness or casual clothing ● Running shoes (good support) ● ID ● Energy bar Disclaimer: I understand that I participate in the walks completely at my own risk.
