ABSTRACT
Whether you are the CIO, or you just want to think like one, you know that you need that critical perspective when it comes to your Digital Transformation. The CIO perspective encompasses the essential components to success, and in fact the CIO often drives it. What are the Essential Business Outcomes that you need to focus on; What are the transformative business objectives that you can consider, how will you leverage this new strategy to beat your competition, create new avenues into business and truly transform the way you do business through automation and digital transformation. Once those questions are answered, you still have at least two pivotal concerns: 1) how do you get the buy-in at all levels , while setting the right expectations, and what technologies do you use?
