Working Backwards: Amazons approach to Innovation.
Innovation seems to be the new strategic buzzword of the day - not at Amazon. Innovation is built into their culture and reinforced by their leadership principles. A growing number of companies have noticed and are looking to Amazon for help in cracking their code to success. And not just for their cloud services, but to understand how they approach innovation.

Vincent will share how Amazon's culture of customer obsession has helped make them one of the most innovative companies ever.
He will share real world examples of how Amazon has helped it's customers transform their businesses. Most importantly, Vincent will tie this back to the ever-evolving role of a CIO in large enterprises and things to consider in leading innovation within their organizations.
