  • How do we empower employees in the age of Digital Disruption?

    Starlight Diner

    $20.00

Digital Disruption is ON, so as the pace accelerates, organizations, teams and individuals need to pull together to radically shift digital learning and execution speed. This non-technical discussion aims to frame key digital business drivers, and provoke discussion about pesky-yet-vital topics like citizen developers, and self-service BI that often fall between the cracks of clear organizational realms. Along the way, we will highlight some notable MS 365 capabilities spanning web-based collaboration, repeatable data integration, and even Machine Intelligence that may cause your organization to think differently about those areas in the future. About the Speaker: Ian Bowman Ian started as an accidental technologist when his studies in Organizational Psychology lead him down a dark alley . . . into testing one of the first business Graphical User Interfaces in a secret lab. Over the following decades, He has helped launch, manage, and merge B2B service offerings that blend human expertise with software & increasingly intelligent data systems. Stints in large energy companies, smaller consulting, a fast VC-backed startup, and most recently as a Product Portfolio Director at fortune/global company have all shaped his outlook on the critical intersection of people, technology and value creation at the heart of digital transformation.
