This is an ALL level yoga flow in which we will purposely connect breath with movement to gain the physical and mental strength needed to evolve in all areas of our life's.
Within this practice, we will mindfully and rhythmically connect breath and movement. Jesicca likes to explore outside the linear way of traditional styles of yoga by adding many of the modalities she practices.. This is a dance like gentle Vinyasa hybrid in which you will find freedom, playfulness, focus, agility, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Bring a blanket or yoga mat, strap, and a block, bottle of water, and a friend.
