Join us for a hike of Anthony's Nose via the Camp Smith trail. This is a 6.4 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Cortlandt Manor, New York that offers scenic views and is rated as Moderate to Difficult. There is a total elevation gain of 1800 feet over the 6.4 miles. After the hike, we will go to Peekskill Brewery (or another local option) for beers and food.

This hike is accessible by public transportation, and there will also be some carpooling from NYC. For those taking the train, please take the 11:45AM train from Grand Central that arrives in Peekskill at 12:52PM. Drivers will then shuttle those who are arriving by train to the trail head at the Historic Bear Mountain Toll House.

Weather may be hot, so be sure to bring extra water, a hat, sunscreen and snacks. Also bring comfortable hiking shoes, and expect some steep and rocky terrain. We will plan on eating dinner around 5PM in Peekskill.

Please message me to confirm your attendance on the trip.
