Continuing our series on Hitting the Agile Reset Button...

As a rule, Agile methods include an aspect of customization so you can tailor them to maximize effectiveness in your organization. A common pitfall is for organizations to pre-modify the methods before verifying a need, or quantifying conditions of success. Still others tinker with the practices so much, they lose the entire point without even realizing it.

So how much modification is possible before Agile is not Agile anymore? Whether it be hybrid versions, people falling back into old habits, or kicking out the legs of the proverbial stool, the end result tends to be judged as a failure of Agile.

If you are committed to Agile, it is vital to identify the signs of Agile decline. Join us as we identify "When your Agile has crossed the line."
