Guided Fringe by Bicycle

Mystery curated bicycle tours each Thursday night of the Fringe taking in the best of the visual arts. Tours will be guided by a local artist Chris (Art Broadcaster) and Gilbert (local artist) and there will be artist talks at galleries! Drink on arrival. You won't know what to expect and there might even be a BBQ or a half decent bar at the end.

Our rides are led by expert accredited ride leaders (true) and they will go at a gentle pace and not too far, so you don't have to worry about fitness and keeping up and having to wear lycra*. Helmet is recommended and we'll really, really, really love you lots if you have lights and a water bottle.

Where: Newtown Square (also known as The Hub) at 6:00 PM.

Phone Chris on[masked] for more info if you need to.

* Lycra is welcome, BTW.

    Great venues and willing crew...well worth the effort and cost.

    Weather is clearing, just waiting for these few cloud masses to pass and should be fine and dandy. Just spoke to Chris and the ride is on. Meet at the Hub, 5:45pm if you can make it, for a 6pm depart.

    One time is 6.45, the other is 6.00. Which is the real one ? I assume 6pm, as this matches the Sydney Fringe site. Also, how long does it go till ?

    And as an added incentive, all who sign up online for the Guided Fringe by Bicycle, will get a complimentary membership of ARTcycle Inc, normally $20.

    Hi all ARTcyclistas,
    Some great events on the Thursday trail. Google Art at the Seymore Centre, contemporary photography at MOP, installation drawing and BBQ at Art Est, and finish with some great music at Five Eliza. Can't get better than that. Weather report is for more of the glorious weather we are enjoying now.
