(NOTE: Bring your donations for the ASF yard sale fundraiser!)
The Freethinkers are all about community service! We've adopted a mile-long section of Cantrell Rd from State St to the overpass at the end of Dillards. Quarterly, we meet up for a clean-up day. It's more fun than an Easter egg hunt!
LeeWood is the project leader and provides the orange trash bags and orange reflective safety vests. Please bring along a pair of work/garden gloves. Those litter grabbers are a great back-saver if you've got one of those too. We meet up at the midway point and split off in opposite directions. It never takes more than an hour. Afterwards, we usually head off somewhere for a casual lunch.
It's a great way to do something positive for the community and to show the public what good folks we Freethinkers really are!
