Freethinker Toastmasters

How does it work?

A Toastmasters meeting is a learn-by-doing workshop in which participants hone their communication and leadership abilities in a no-pressure atmosphere. There is no instructor in a Toastmasters meeting. Instead, members evaluate each other’s presentations.

We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth. Join us in the 1st Floor, Fribourgh Room, at the Main Library to see what happens at a Toastmasters meeting!

Speech 1 & 2 Guide and Evaluation Forms

Afterwards, join us for Flying Saucer Pint Night, right next door! We meet in the basement (walk into the bar area, then look to your right for the stairs) where we'll continue the fun and friendly conversation. Most pints are only $3.

As General Evaluator, I am putting out the request for a volunteer to take Diane's place as Speech Evaluator for Susan's presentation on Reproductive Rights. Any takers?
