Biweekly silent supper is at Silver Diner. All levels welcome, but please know the ASL alphabet.

We will try to sit outside on the patio

Whether you're Deaf, HoH, an interpreter, or an ASL student we welcome all levels of signers to come join us for an evening of ASL socializing and practice.

This event occurs on the first and third Sundays of each month, in the heart of Fairfax County at Wegman's (corner of Route 29 and Monument Drive). We can be found on the upper level, typically near the stairs. We generally start at 7 pm.

For ASL beginners, it is recommended you know the ASL alphabet and some basic signs as these are not ASL classes. Regardless, we are always welcoming so don’t be discouraged to attend an event; this is very informal.

Note, some attendees arrive early and grab some of Wegman’s food for dinner, so you can combine a shopping trip with the ASL practice.

DeafPlusAdvocate is hosting our monthly ASL Social event in the DMV. We are very excited to collaborate with a Deaf-owned business, Veditz & Company Brewing. This event is a few blocks away from Deaf Nation Expo in Dulles, VA.

Veditz & Company Brewing will bring their kegs of three varieties of beers to Ono Brewery. Come and taste their brews!

If you are Deaf/hearing and interested in socializing or looking for practice with your American Sign Language (ASL), join us! All ASL levels are welcome! Come toast Deaf culture and the arrival of spring.

We will be hosting our Deaf-owned Brewery Event on Saturday, April 27th, at Ono Brewery from 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
