Wednesday Night Book Talk

Mary M R.
Group Organizer
Anchorage, AK
Happy Holidays!

The book talk this Wednesday evening may dovetail nicely with your holiday shopping as we are meeting at Title Wave Books. Treat yourself to coffee and an hour off your feet while talking about Evidence-Based Training Methods by Clark. Dry? Not at all! I have been reading it and find that I must proceed SLOWLY as it is chock-full of ideas that can set you back on your heels, so to speak. She challenges many of the truths to which we, as trainers, have clung to like life boats. For example, we all believe that learners are auditory, visual, or tactile (combinations are okay), right? Think again. Or come talk about Clark's review of the research.

Hope to see you RSVP and attend Wednesday. And do bring the shopping list - you can help Santa after the book talk--
