I've been running for exercise, stress relief, and training for half marathons. I also take daily walks/jogs with our dog that my husband and kids just HAD to have!

Have you participated in an organized walking or running group before? and if so which group?

Yes, with A Snails Pace for several half marathon and full marathon trainings

What is your short-term goal (3-6 months)?

To motivate my runners participating in the Running Academy as they develop the love of running.

What is your long-term goal (6-18 months)?

Personal growth as a runner and coach.
