The goal of the Body-by-Nature Fitness Club(TM) is to help you reach your body and mind's potential in strength, endurance and overall athletics. We incorporate movements founds in nature, like hiking, sprinting and lots of body weight movements. We lift "natural" objects like rocks and logs. We perform movements that our bodies are meant to perform, like wood chopping, digging, carrying, throwing and pulling... and we mostly exercise outdoors. It all incorporates into total body training that peaks your strength and endurance, and molds your body and mind into lean-mean-natural-machine that looks and performs like nature intended for you. The workouts are tough, but so are you :) So come and join us (scale as needed) and enjoy a great, natural workout.
