They sell in bulk, so maybe go in together with another person or two and save!
Use good quality storage containers, like PETE jars and good sealing meal lid/oxy abs.

Example: Tarragon (flakes).. around$10/lb...
I've looked around and Tarragon is terribly exspensive in grocery store and even at other
bulk spice places.
