Open Meditation At Center for Balanced Living
You are invited to join us for meditation each week on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 PM. This is a practice for anyone who has a desire to meditate with a group. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator you are welcome. We usually open with a brief reading or quote and then either sit in silence or listen to a guided meditation for 20-30 minutes.
This is a drop-in event. You need not commit to being there every week although we do request that you please call the Center (207)[masked] or e-mail Elizabeth Jackson @ [masked] at least 2-hours prior to Meditation time to reserve your spot. That way, if for any reason the group is not meeting, someone will call you back to let you know. This event is free although donations are welcome and accepted. There is a donation tray in the Gathering room.
