What we're about

Beach weather is here and I want to make sure you stay tight and right all summer long! This is a beginner to intermediate Bodyweight boot camp class focusing primarily on toning arms, firming the butt, and tightening your core (or abs). I will teach you how to use your body to get the body we want. Classes will be challenging, fun, and the best part is, you can burn 500 calories or more each meet up! With over 10,000 hours of documented training experience, I'm confident I can not only help you reach your goals, but teach you more about your body, how it works, and ways to keep it running at an optimal level.
