Location visible to members
You'll be learning Mixed level Acro Yoga poses in this workshop! If you've attended our classes before, this is your opportunity to add onto what you already know! We'll stretch and warm up the body first, dive into our poses, and then (most importantly) cool down the body with partner stretches.
You'll need to sign some waivers so make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early to the start time. :)
$20 per person; bring a friend for $15 each!
