Gentle Chair to Mat Yoga is a progressing yoga series that begins with relaxation in the chair and progresses to movements that will lead to standing mat sequences. If participants wish to remain in the chair they are welcome to! The sequences are designed to improve cardiovascular health with breathing techniques. Improving joint fluidity with motions to improve every day use of our bodies. Improve relaxation through peace and meditative movements. Improve balance with standing mat moves that will strengthen ankles and improve back strength. Join us for the peaceful flow of chair to mat yoga!
