What are your fitness goals for the next year? (e.g. - Run 3 miles without stopping)

I guess being able to really enjoy running and to complete a half marathon without stopping.

What does your current fitness routine consist of? (e.g.-gym, walking, jogging, running, cycling, crossfit, swimming or out-of-shape)

Walking, Jogging/Running and some weight lifting workouts.

How would you define yourself as an athlete? (e.g.- beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc)

Beginner to Intermediate.


Looking to be more active again to complete my weight loss goal for 2013. Not a competitive or hardcore fitness person but I have done some obstacle mud runs in the past since I find them really fun.
