Active meditations are techniques that allow during the early stages the conscious expression of repressed feelings, followed by moments of silence and surrender, in which the practitioner finds it easier to observe and, consequently, change his habitual patterns.
Through several reports, it was noticed an efficiency in the practice of the techniques of active meditation for both those who had difficulty in meditating and those who never practiced some type of meditation.
Facilitator Talita Alencar is, besides Architect and Urbanist, a practitioner and facilitator of Osho's Active Meditations. She studied at the OSHO School of Meditation in 2016, an official center specialized in Active Meditation in São Paulo, Brazil.
Meditations appeared in her life in 2015 as a form of self-care but became a great passion, and then came the desire to take this practice forward as a form of work.
Since moving to Australia in 2017, she has been facilitating the Heart Chakra technique in Gold Coast parks, where a space of commitment and trust is created through the meditation and group`s energy, making it possible to feel and offer what we have in essence. In addition, she guided other techniques for smaller groups at home, at school and Workshops.
2019 nass being a year of expanding work with meditation. It is possible to know more about them through the project Meditation in Motion; at Chameleon New Age Salon, where she has been guiding Osho Kundalini meditation every Tuesday morning; and also in rented spaces where Osho Chakra Breathing meditation is guided. The studies in this field continue and, like any new project that begins, is willing to new formats and proposals of work, always aiming to expand her knowledge with meditations and take this millenarian practice to more and more people.
