New to Livermore and looking for other moms to meet up for park play dates and fitness workouts. This group targets moms with 2-4 year old toddlers. This age is active getting both mom and the kids in shape. We go on outdoor activities mostly, some excursions around the Bay Area and weekend family events like hiking and winery visits.
We target moms new to the Livermore area who moved in the last 5 years. This group focuses on activities for toddlers and is open to siblings attending.
Tired of trying to find fitness options that accommodate your family. Get fit while hanging out with your child. We will start with stretching, then warm up with run or brisk walk depending on your level, strength training and circuits, then cool down and stretches. We will primarily meet in the morning on Monday, Wednesday or Friday's in a local Livermore park.
Moms interested in fitness should have a child 0-5 years who can stay in the stroller during the length of the session (you are responsible for your own child/ren). Bring water, comfortable shoes and a yoga mat. Don't forget water and snacks for the kids (toy to keep them engaged).
