What we’re about
This group was started because I saw a need for a safe, social place to meet and make new friends with other women who are 55+, active outdoor enthusiasts, and looking for bicycling, hiking, kayaking, camping, beach walks and other great outdoor gatherings. This group is open to women 55+, gay or straight, as long as everyone is kind to each other and respectful, appreciating the need to gather for our health, fitness and love of the outdoors. Some future events include hiking moderate trails, cycling along beach or canal paths, beach walks and kayaking lakes and rivers.
