Living Without Knee Pain
This is a 2 hour workshop. No mats or fitness wear is required. Get ready to climb stairs, walk for miles and jump out of bed with exhilaration and joy. The symptoms of Knee Pain can cause annoyance and frustration when trying to return to an active life. This workshop will give you the tools to "Return to Fitness". You will be introduce to a step-by-step program that uses holistic methods to reduce inflammation, encourage lymphatic drainage and exercises that create joint stability. This method brings more blood flow, oxygen and healing elements to the inflamed joint resulting in less pain in the knee. Practicing as a Certified Personal Trainer since 1998, thousands of hours has been devoted to relieving pain in my knees and the people I serve. I look forward to meeting you. Seating is limited
