*** Arrive NLT 8:50a, we be starting the workouts at 9:00a sharp. Please be all warmed up and stretched out and ready to go. There will no longer be a walking warm up
*** Sundays practices will be a LSD (long slow distance) run with a hill (or two) included. The goal of these practices is to complete the workout (or as much of it as you can) to the best of your ability. Speed IS NOT the key. Various courses and distances will be available depending on who is at the practice.
Sunday target distances: 12/04 => 9.8mi, 12/11 =>10.3mi, 12/18 => 10.8mi, 12/25 (on your own) => 5.4mi

*** A new members group for those beginning or re-beginning the sport of running will begin in January. This group is or those people who are coming right off the couch and want to get moving. This plan starts as a walk/run program, there is very little running in the beginning.
