*** Arrive NLT 6:20p, we be starting the workouts at 6:30p sharp.
Please be all warmed up and stretched out and ready to go. There will no longer be a walking warm up
*** Please bring a reflective vest and lights for both your front and back (I can not stress this enough - VERY IMPORTANT) It is getting dark on us very quickly now. The primary goal isn't necessarily for you to see (your eyes will adjust) but for you to be seen by others (buses, cars and cyclists, etc.)
*** Mondays practices will be a medium distance run. Target Distances: 12/05 - 6.40mi, 12/12 - 6.75mi, 12/19 - 3.40mi (recovery week), 12/26 - 7.10mi
*** Please download some kind of mileage tracker. As we begin to add mileage it is very important not to do to much too quickly and we need to keep track of the miles on your shoes. It is also important to track your mileage, daily, weekly, & monthly
