What we're about

This is an open-air Pilates class infused with yoga positions. Suitable for all abilities and experiences! Sessions are always fun, addictive and individually challenging!
You are welcome here:
- if you have never done any form of fitness
- if you would like to challenge and/or improve yourself
- if you are recovering from an injury
Being outdoors and breathing in the fresh air whilst focusing on your activity relieves the daily pressures of life. This includes reducing stress and depression levels, increasing endorphins, clearing your mind and helping you focus on your next project and generally making you feel amazing!
