BBQ Pitmasters at Smoque


You know what they say – a BBQ cook without the brag is a like a rub without the spice. And now, at long last, the ultimate barbecue bragging rights are on the line in the new season of BBQ Pitmasters. Join us and other fans for an amazing social BBQ experience at Chicago's Smoque, then tune in to the season premiere on June 2 at 9/8c.
Let the grubbin’, braggin’ and bastin’ begin!

Entrees (family style)
* Texas-Style Beef Brisket: Smoked for 14 hours
* St. Louis and Baby Back Ribs: Smoked with a Memphis-style dry rub brushed lightly with a tangy sauce
* Pulled Pork : Slow smoked over apple and oak till it comes apart on its own and served with a Western North Carolina style sauce
* Smoked Chicken: Nicely seasoned and smoked for 3 hours
* Texas Sausage: A modestly spicy, great tasting pork sausage imported from Texas and made by the famous Mikeska family

Sides (family style)
* BBQ Beans: Sweet and tangy with chunks of brisket and sweet onion
* Mac'n Cheese: smooth and creamy baked individually with a buttery bread crumb and parmesan crust
* Tangy Cole Slaw: A vinegar-based recipe with fresh citrus and just enough sweetness to balance it out
* Fresh Cut Fries: Kind of a Chicago thing: Cut by hand and cooked twice for a crispy outside and fluffy inside
* Cornbread: Baked fresh every hour!
* Dessert (family style): Peach Cobbler baked with a crunchy, buttery almond crust
