Today’s four hour workshop presentation by Aaron Priest is the 2nd part of a two part series. The first part was presented Friday night, January 25th. You must register and pay for each session separately.

For the workshop, Aaron plans on going more in depth with some of the hardware/software that he uses as well as the planning & decision making. He will also explain/demonstrate how to use some of the apps that he uses.

Tonight’s presentation by Aaron Priest is the first part of a two part series and will be followed by a 4 hour workshop the next day (Saturday January 26th). You must register and pay for each session separately. This, the first session, is an overview of his panoramas and timelapses of New England. This includes a discussion on several advanced image-making topics such as gigapans, 360/VR panoramas, aerial panoramas, Milky Way, Aurora, star trails, constellations, and “holy grail” exposure ramping for seamless day-to-night timelapses. A question and answer session rounds out the evening, with an afternoon workshop the next day.

Aaron Priest – Bio
Aaron Priest is a Master Photographer with more than two decades of experience in professional photography. He specializes in VAST photos, high-definition, HDR, 360 degree panoramas, gigapans and 8K time lapses of New England His work has been featured by CBS News, Space.com, Accuweather, PetaPized, Roundme, TeliportMe, Google and in several magazines and newspapers.

Aaron is world renowned pioneer in the developing field of ultra high resolution, high dynamic range imagery – in particular spherical and gigapizel panoramas, virtual tours, and 8K/360 degree time lapse video. With his background in photography and computer engineering he has helped to develop advanced software and hardware for many companies in this growing market.

In addition to his efforts pushing the cutting edge of technical image creation, Aaron also produces advanced virtual reality tours and is a well recognized photographer teacher. He regularly hosts workshops and lectures on a variety of advanced image making topics from landscape astrophotography to panoramas and time lapses
