Has anyone had any problems with grass allergies with their Doxie?

Our poor Mia (almost 10 months old) has been sick since last Sunday, started off with diarrhea and some hives. She was not feeling well for 2 days with continued diarrhea and didn't want to eat etc. By Wednesday and Thursday she seemed pretty much herself except she now has hives all over her back and sides. We feed her rice and pumpkin to settle down the diarrhea that seemed to help a lot, she hates rice (she'd rather starve than eat rice) so we decided to start her back on a small amount of her normal dog food yesterday evening. Well she ended up with the diarrhea again. She doesn't scratch at the hives too much so they must not be too itchy.
The reason I ask about grass allergies is because we thought we noticed a hive or two once the grass really started to grow for the season. Mia has a doggie door so she loves being out in the yard playing and sniffing around.
Anyone have any kind of allergy problems with their Doxie's?

We had a 16 year old Doxie when she was about 10 years old she was stung by a bee and went in aniflactic shock, luckily we got her to a vet quick, Her vitals had started to shut down, She recovered after being the hospital for 3 days. I do remember she had diarrhea after the bee sting too.

We took Mia's stool sample into the vet today and she has an appointment to see the vet tomorrow.

If anyone has had any kind of issues like this with your Doxie can you tell me what it was and how you treated it?

Thank you!
