As the forecast gives this Sunday to be a nice weather with warm temperature, I was thinking if you guys want to join me in my regular daily aerial pre-work out, conditioning and aerial practice.
I will be @ Robles Park at 11:00 am to start the warm up.
WARNING: This event has the same standard work out than going to attend an intermediate class at C.C in the City. Those who do not do the aerial pre-work out and conditioning may risk to injure their muscles by being "cold" or "stiff".
As usual, I suggest to dress with layers, bring a warm jacket, bring a yoga mat or blanket, a bottle of water and a little snack.
if you want to do the work-out, I suggest to eat a good breakfast with carbs and lean proteins (2 slices bread with jelly and 2 white eggs or chicken breast) at LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE THE ACTIVITY.
