The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress, and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity. CLASS LEVEL / DIFFICULTY ✅ This class is taught in English and is open to every level. You'll learn quickly by watching the instructor and other students, and if you need any help, our friendly teachers are happy to assist students. Your instructor will give modifications to increase or decrease intensity. HEALTH SCREENING ⚕️ Please only practice yoga if your doctor agrees it is a safe activity. Notify your instructor if you have any injuries or need special attention (our instructors have the right to refuse access to the class if they feel it is unsafe). CANCELLATION AND ATTENDANCE POLICIES 📅 You can cancel without fees up until 10 hours before the class. After this time, you will be charged the full cost of the class. Starting from a simple meetup group in 2013, we've grown to serve thousands of students all around Paris and now in Toulouse!

Our prices are affordable because our classes are like a big family. We make the most of our spaces by bringing together large groups of students to enjoy the physical and mental benefits of yoga and fitness together. In a typical class, you'll be close to your fellow students, but we also offer extra practice space in our Small Group classes, for just a couple euros more!

1-hour drop-in (excluding small group classes): 6€

Emotionally Accessible: incorporating physical and mental wellbeing
Yoga has many benefits for the body and mind (such as increase in overall health, fat loss, stress reduction and improvement of the mood). Our classes are directed towards the wellbeing and health aspect of yoga, meditation, and physical fitness. We do not impose any spiritual elements, but each of our teachers are happy to share their knowledge on the traditional roots of yoga. We are also now working on a collaboration with Indian nonprofit association Purna Vidya to help students explore those traditional yoga roots at their own pace.


What is yoga: Yoga is a holistic form of exercise that has been practiced for thousands of years. The many benefits of a regular yoga practice stem from its emphasis on connecting the mind and body through performing conscious, focused postures and breath work.

How it works: Yoga is therapeutic. It helps you become more aware of your body's posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible and helps you relax even in the midst of a stress stricken environment. This is one of the foremost reasons why people want to start Practicing Yoga - to feel fitter, be more energetic, be happier and peaceful

Yoga for health: Yoga improves your posture, which affects not only the way you feel on a physical level, but also your overall well-being. An unhealthy posture can result in your muscles having to perform some of the work your bones are supposed to handle, leading to pain and spinal misalignment. Yoga poses help to promote a healthy posture by conscious execution of poses that focus on an awareness of proper spinal alignment. Specific yoga poses also help posture by strengthening the muscles in your back that support your spine.

Yoga reduces stress: Stress is often a contributing factor to health problems and weight gain. With the practice of yoga, you are rewarding yourself by taking time to de-stress and unwind, disconnecting from the outside world. Yoga provides you with a positive, safe, nonjudgmental environment in which you can counteract the effects of your daily life stresses.

Yoga for fat loss and strength gains: Yoga is known to strengthen, tone and lengthen your muscles. Although muscle mass may appear to contribute to weight, it will actually aid in your overall health and weight loss plan, as having a bigger muscle mass will help you to burn more calories throughout the day. Muscles of those who participate in yoga are lighter than those who just do weightlifting.

Yoga increases mind-body connection - Yoga is more than physical exercise. It is intended to unite the mind and body through the practice of breath work with movement. As your mind and body begin to harmonise, you begin to experience increased self-awareness. This self-awareness can be carried with you off the yoga mat and into your daily life, helping you to make positive dietary and lifestyle choices that can aid in your weight loss goals.
