• East side players unite! (Decatur-Lithonia-Stone Mtn-Conyers)

    Georgia Perimeter College (Clarkston Campus)

Ok, tennis lovers. It's time to stop being flaky and start getting down to some serious, consistent play. Who's in?! Perimeter College in Clarkston has 10 courts, so it seems to be one of the better options for groups to play. The goal is to have enough players so that everyone can play with someone at, or close, to their level. So, come on out! Please bring a can of NEW balls to play with.

  • Tennis drills at Morehouse College

    Morehouse College

The tennis coaches at Morehouse College offer tennis instruction/drills to the community every year. The program starts April 15th and ends in early Sept. If you are new to the game, an intermediate player, or someone who plays singles and want to learn how to play doubles, this is the program for you. The cost is $70 (one time payment) for the entire term OR $10 per day. Optional specialty clinics will be offered on Thurs for an additional cost. I've been participating in this program for the last 5 years and I give credit to the coaches for what I know. I've usually in peak physical condition by the end of the program becauseof the amount of exercise I do during the program. You will need to bring water, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, towel, and a racquet if you have one. This is an ongoing weekly meetup, so don't worry if you can't make the first event. If the session has started when you arrive, just get at the end of the line and ask the person in front of you what the drill is. During the ball pickup time, you can let one of the two coaches know that you are a first timer. He will have some waiver forms for you to sign. You pay at the conclusion of the day's clinic. If you see me, please introduce yourself to be. I will have on sunglasses, a hat, a knee brace, and ankle brace, and who knows what else. Lol! If you have any questions, please ask away.

  • Smyrna tennis meetup!

    Tolleson Park - Smyrna

I just left the tennis court. The courts are NOT playable. The sun hasn't been out today so the courts haven't been able to dry. This event is officially cancelled.
