Retired Baby Boomers can’t take their health for granted if they want to live a full boomer life. Traveling and living independently takes strength, endurance, stamina and flexibility. A prefect place to exercise is in your own home performing Tabata. Tabata can be high or low intensity you decide. You will be performing an exercise for 25 seconds then resting for 15 seconds then perform another exercise for 25 seconds then resting it's that simple. I am a Certified Personal Trainer I will be your instructor, coach and cheerleader.
Note: There will always be a demonstration of a high and a low intensity exercise during the class. Have a chair available and yoga mat if you do not have carpet on your floor.
You will need a device with audio. Face time or Skype maybe use.
This program takes about 45 minutes.
