Agile Auckland

Hello Awesome Agile Auckland Community,

Agile Auckland Committee is pleased to provide a platform for sharing our learning through ' Lightning Talks: Our Agile Practices'.

We have five amazing community members who will be sharing their knowledge and experience through quick, sharp 10 minute presentations.  The speakers are:

Rudolf Arada is currently working as a BA/ PO for a small start-up company and would like to share their continuing Agile transformation journey.

Gillian Scott is a BA/PO at Trade Me.  We recently held a session where we 'shared our boards".  This was very interesting and reflected how we all work differently, yet all remain agile.

Muffadal  Jaorawala  is a Solutions Architect working at Fraedom. Muffadal will present business domain modelling to enhance the understanding of process, architecture and learning

Priya Sivakumar is an Agile Delivery Coach with Suncorp Group. Priya will shed some light on Suncorp way of working: How Business & Tech team co-create value at Sun Corp.

Jonathan Scher is an Agile Coach at Fraedom. Jonathan will draw some insights about A company without traditional managers? In context of “And so Fraedom decided to grow without traditional hierarchy….”

Also, Jim Buchan from SERL will present about the research done by AUT on different aspects of Agile practices and their influences on business performance. This initiative between Agile Auckland and AUT will  provide organisations a platform to collaborate and extend links between empirical research and organisational Agile practices.

Look forward to seeing you all soon:)
