Why did you want to join up to the Agile Auckland group?

I use Kanban in my day-to-day work - it's very helpful in managing changing requirements and keeping team morale high. I'd like to share other peoples experiences in this space.

What areas of Agile do you work / participate or are interested in?

mostly Kanban

What has impacted you most when you think about Agile software development?

Kanban - I had a very love/hate relationship with scrum but have found Kanban to be a breath of fresh air.

I'm a developer at Orion health. I have several years experience using various flavours of agile techniques to help manage development projects. Kanban is the flavour I'm currently using and so far like the best.
