Why did you want to join up to the Agile Auckland group?

Have been a member since the beginning when I was with the Auckland Regional Council. I believe this group is key to growing the understanding of Agile in the New Zealand market.

What areas of Agile do you work / participate or are interested in?

Project management.

What has impacted you most when you think about Agile software development?

The challenge in shifting the understanding from being agile (often a poor excuse for cost creep) to using Agile as a methodology.

Currently the Manager, IT Business Systems at Vector, I have had experience with Agile since my time at the Auckland Regional Council when Rob help take a bunch of my team through the project methodology.
