some good ideas, but not sure how I can use them in training seminars

There is a lot of great research out there about Adult Learning Theory, and I recommend the book "Training from the back of the room" to see where adult learning theory has gone lately. However, if you aren't interested in training in an "agile" way, then it's fine that these exercises don't fit your situation. I wouldn't use them in lots of situations where the expectation (and supporting processes) are clearly transitional in nature, and not collaborative (e.g. checking out at the grocery store, having a plumber fix a leaky pipe, attending a Broncos game...). Glad you joined us, John!

      I meant TRANSACTIONAL not transitional!

So sorry, I won't be coming - I don't know if there will be ice on the roads and I don't drive the highways at night if ice is possible. If it were in town (Boulder) I would, but not on the highway. Sorry for such late notice!

No worries! I'm glad you took care of yourself! See ya next time!

Bummer we had to postpone Denver ScrumMasters from tonight to next week. Sorry Kim. Or it give ScrumMasters the choice of North or South. 😊

Hi Doug! Yes, we've been meeting on the 2nd Wed of the month for the past year. This month I delayed the announcement because I was having trouble finding a place to host us since Rally/CA Boulder can no longer do so.
Well, yes, it seems this month that folks will have to choose between which meetup to attend.
