Participants of this facilitated conversation will discuss beliefs about leadership in general and Agile leadership specifically.
We will consider:
-what is leadership,
-who are leaders,
-what defines Agile leadership.
We will also explore what happens we shift our perspective about leadership.

A note about this event: This will be an interactive conversation and exploration of Leadership. Lennie will not be presenting in a front of the room lecture format. Instead; This will be a facilitated conversation in true Agile style. Participants will be provided with guiding questions along the journey. You create the content and learning experience. Every voice is a meaningful contribution on this journey.
