Agile Denver is an outreach organization for agile and lean practice in the Denver area. The organization strives to facilitate quality events to our members, helping them become better agilists. Agile Denver is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit that supports a number of Special Interest Groups.

Using The Coach Approach creates opportunities for Agile Practitioners to engage sponsors in a creative and thought-provoking way to explore new ideas or alternative solutions. The Coach Approach is relevant to both seasoned and novice Agile practitioners, plus it is an excellent introduction to the bodies of work and research being done by the ICF/ACMP Global Joint Task Force and the Task Force’s Community Partnerships Team here in Colorado.
Learning Objectives
* Understand The Coach Approach and research that supports it
* Become aware of some of the benefits of the intersection between coaching and change management to drive business outcomes and change adoption
* Gain exposure to the application of a coaching tool to improve change management outcomes

Joel's passionate about creating a better world for everyone to live in and creating that world, one student, one client, one person at a time. When not working, Joel lives on several acres in the Pacific Northwest where some project always needs his attention.

Teddy Carroll is a seasoned professional with 20+ years of agile ways of working. As a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC/CTC) and a Certified Organization Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), He is well-versed in utilizing agile methodologies and coaching tools to enhance organizational dynamics. As a Certified Agile Educator and Leadership Trainer, he brings a wealth of knowledge to empower teams and individuals in achieving their full potential. With a personal mission dedicated to transforming workplace experiences, Teddy aims to make work a place people don't just tolerate but genuinely enjoy. He wants to help you NOT hate going to work!

Reconnect, Recharge, and Reimagine
Join the Agile Denver and the Agile Community as we reboot your favorite regional conference, Mile High Agile 2024. For the first time since 2019, we are holding the Mile High Agile Conference in Denver. We’ve missed you all, and we’re putting together a great day’s worth of education, community, and connection.

Conference Tracks
RECHARGE This track centers on nurturing and empowering people. It delves into strategies for building vibrant cultures, empowering teams, and honing leadership skills. Attendees will explore techniques for fostering collaborative environments, elevating team dynamics, and discovering innovative approaches to lead and inspire.
REIMAGINE Join us in reimagining how technology and process excellence converge to support teams in achieving amazing outcomes.
Attendees will engage in sessions dedicated to transformative tech advancements and dynamic process innovations aimed at revolutionizing the way teams operate.
