During this interactive talk using a combination of presentation, games and interactive activities we will explore what is so important about controlling WIP. We will experience the impact of WIP limits on our work and we will also look at the mathematics behind WIP limits by exploring Queuing Theory and Littles Law.
By the end of the session you will be able to explain and demonstrate the impact of WIP limits on our work through games and through simple mathematics.
