our next meetup is going to take place at Tripsta's offices, on 8th of May.
6.30'- 6.45': Gathering, announcements
6.45'-7.15' : Socializing - Brainstorming activity about Scrum Master role to keep the energy levels high, organised by Tripsta members: Harris Spetzas, Yiannis Dimitriou, Kostis Alexandris and Yiannis Tsompos.
7.15'-7.45' Talk: "Three reasons, why your product development fails." Description:
“Far, far away…
Customer exactly knew what he needs…
Team exactly knew how to build it…
And nothing changed along the way.”
Life would be so simple if that fairy tale was true. However, if you don’t live in the magic kingdom, then you struggle with problems of lack of communication, requirements change, dependencies, delays and politic. I can’t promise you a simple cure for all these problems. What I can do, is to show you the three main reasons behind them and what you can to address them.

8.00' - 8.30' Talk: "Technical background: the extra mile on Scrum mastery"
Abstract: The scrum master role is so sought after because it constitutes a key to the success of Agile. Its qualifications and skills range in a broad spectrum. Where does the technical background stand in this picture? Scrum guide prescribes nothing and opinions are torn.
