Scrum is an amazing tool that many people have successfully implemented. Scrum is part of process agile, but process agile is only one of the seven facets of agile. Scrum itself makes up about 6% of what it means to be agile. Yes, 6%

If all you are doing is Scrum you are off to a good start. But if you are struggling, trying to scale, or simply feel stuck, then it is time to learn about the rest of agile, the other 94%.

In this presentation you will learn:
• Essential vocabulary for describing the 7 facets of agile
• Three facets which must be implemented for scaling agile into larger enterprises
• The single biggest mistake people make scaling agile
• The facet you must do next after Scrum, but before you scale
• How human emotions contain a key secret for keeping agile on track
• The exact next steps to take to sustainably scale agile

Does your organization struggle to increase or even maintain agility? Has agile ceased to be fun? Is it getting harder and harder to deliver? This presentation shows you why. More importantly, it provides a clear way to understand, talk about, and plan for future agile growth.
