Activating Intentional Organic Growth

Location image of event venue

How do leaders establish and communicate improvement goals? How will we know that the goal has been met? How do we get a team to act on the goal? How will we recognize if we got the goal wrong, or the team? How do we get it right or at least better? This session connects intentionality, experimentation, and adaption using a systems thinking model focusing on the interaction between leadership and the self-organizing team.
