Conflict in Agile Teams: Stephen Mounsey
I work with teams all day long and there is one constant, conflict. We even have conflict with our partners and families! Teams need disagreement to facilitate inspection and adaption, what if disagreement was an energy for creativity and transformation. Not only idealistic tools for dealing with our own animalistic nature when dealing with difficult people, I will share tools which have worked for me from listening better to practical agile tools to bring high conflict back to productive dialogue.
How I choose my first MVP - Adrian Malpass
The Lean Startup advocates an iterative approach to building a product, with each iteration providing value to your customers, and teaching you something actionable in return. An important tool in this iterative process is the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
In this talk I will explain how I identified what my first MVP should be, and hopefully provide some learnings along the way.
The meet-up will be at Campus North in Carliol Square, we'll aim to start at 6:30pm. There will be beer and soft drinks and we'll have pizza too! Thanks to Ignite (http://ignite100.com/) and to our sponsor Scott Logic (http://www.scottlogic.com/).
