Self-organizing teams, cross-functional collaboration, network organizations and agile ways of working - many “new” approaches build on a high level of self-empowerment and trust within the teams and the organisation as a whole.

However, trust and empowerment is not just something that comes easily along with creating certain organizational structures or implementing new ways of working.

The important questions are: Which conditions do we need to create in order for people to FEEL trusted and empowered and act accordingly?

In her interactive presentation, Frida will share strategies on how to build a culture of trust and empowerment within organisations that keep psychological safety and neuroscience in mind.

After the presentation, we will have some time for Q&As with Frida before we will share our learnings and more insights on the topics covered in a Gallery Walk.

We will end the meetup with some time for networking and further discussions!

Frida Mangen
Frida Mangen has a degree in HR with focus on behavioral science. With a great interest in the psychology of organizations and society in general, she has a strong commitment to Agile HR. Among other things she runs the Swedish Podcast "AgilaHRpodden" where she seeks answers to how we within companies, leadership and HR can be involved in developing and creating next generation organizations!
